Tickweek is a minimalist weekly task manager. We collect only what is necessary to make the app work.
We do not collect your name, location, contacts, or any other personal information.
Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality: to authenticate you when you log in and to sync your tasks across your devices. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Tickweek offers optional paid subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock continued access after the 14-day free trial. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment details. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled via your Apple ID account settings.
We use RevenueCat to track subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymised purchase receipt from Apple but does not receive your name, email, or payment card details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for more information.
If you enable reminders, Tickweek schedules local notifications on your device. No notification data is sent to our servers.
You can delete all your data at any time from within the app via Settings → Reset All Data. To permanently delete your account, contact us at the email below.
Tickweek is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
